We’ve made it quick and convenient for you to manage your practice by understanding the basic principles of allowing yourself a practice. Yoga doesn't have to mean, just doing poses and asanas, it can mean 2-5 minutes of meditation and breath work instead, or some chanting, or reading a sacred text and even practicing karma yoga by giving the gift of love itself.
Set your alarm a little earlier, toss the mat out and stretch with some gentle yin yoga in the morning, to warm up the spine while your coffee warms up in the kitchen.
Do some bedtime yoga after a long day right in your bed to sleep easier, more comfortably and to give your temple/body a break.
It doesn't need to be complicated and as long as it makes sense to you, that's all that really matters.
Find your heart space, where ever you are.
On the dashboard, on the carpet, in the car, on the bed, in a studio, in the yard, where ever you are, find your heart space and flow from there.
